We are chainsaw instructors mainly working in the forestry industry, who are interested in setting up a web site for the exchange of veiws, best practice etc. We envisage this to be web based at the outset, but if enough interest is shown and funding can be accessed, perhaps in the future we could organise some event, conferences or international exchanges.
If you are an instructor, or involved with instruction, and would be interested in exchanging information on such things as operator certification, health & safety, general forestry education and training or any other related topics.
This will cost you nothing in terms of money, just a little time. We know you are all busy, but the benefits to the forest industry worldwide could be enormous.
